(Official Giveaway Offer Rules for redemption of the Free 32GB iPad 3G with Wi-Fi + 3G)

To qualify for and redeem your Free Apple iPad 3G, you must be an "office furniture specifier" and complete and adhere to the following rules:

1. Specify and show proof of a Client Purchase of a minimum of a $50,000.00 net order of office furniture. Products include, but not limited to, pre-owned, new, or rental furniture must be purchased through Office Furniture Innovations (OFI).

2. In order to satisfy the requirement for participation, you must send in a Registration Email. Complete an email to

   Subject Line      - iPad Giveaway

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and the project Registration, including name of Project, End User, and Delivery Date - information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete may disqualify you from eligibility to receive the Free Apple iPad 3G.

3. Verification of Offer Participation. Following OFI's receipt of such registration, OFI will send an email message to you asking you to confirm your delivery address where the Free Apple iPad 3G will be shipped or be available for pickup. The time it takes you to complete this step is in your control and not that of the OFI and the qualification time for such Specifier Registration accordingly will vary based in part on the time you take to satisfy this requirement.

4. We also recommend that you print and keep any pages or correspondence proving that you completed the email registration. Your giveaway should ship or be available for pickup within (30) Days after OFI receives confirmation of your delivery address and payment in full is received by the actual office furniture buyer.

5. Limitations: To be eligible to participate, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and reside in the United States. Employees or contractors of OFI and/or persons related to or residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Corporations or other business entities are not eligible to participate. Only one giveaway is permitted per person per sixth month period.

This promotion is not affiliated with any manufacturer or provider of the giveaway nor with any of the third parties appearing in the marketing promotional copy unless otherwise indicated. All giveaways and offers are based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Giveaways subject to availability, and quantities may be limited. OFI reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. OFI reserves the right to cancel any offer at any time for any reason, with or without notice.
